Our custom vinyl drinkware products should be washed by hand only. We have tested items in the dishwasher on different settings and sometimes they survive, but often they don't, so we don't recommend placing any vinyl items in the dishwasher (not even the top rack). The excessive heat and water pressure can cause the vinyl to detach.

For apparel, just follow the instructions on the label! All are machine washable and dry-able.

We currently do not offer wholesale availability on our vinyl products. However we do offer lower rates on custom designed items in bulk, but those are typically done through our screen printing company. Contact us through Etsy or via our website for more info on bulk quantities.

We do not offer gift wrapping. We can include a gift note if you are ordering a drinkware product, but not if you are ordering apparel.

We will accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your order or if something arrives damaged. We will quickly replace any items that are damaged in transit, just make sure you contact us within the first 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of your damaged items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

We offer a few different types of vinyl styles, and the prices vary for each.

Standard Vinyl (Green, Pink, Black, White, etc) - A high quality permanent glossy vinyl. ($)

Metallic Vinyl (Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, Copper, Metallic Blue) - A high quality permanent vinyl that has a soft to medium metallic finish. ($$)

Glitter (Rose Gold, Pink) - A high quality permanent vinyl with a shimmery glitter finish. ($$$)

Luster (Lemon Lime, Champagne) - A high quality permanent vinyl that has a beautiful medium metallic finish. ($$$)

Metal (Gold Metal) - A high quality permanent vinyl that has a bold metallic finish, almost reflective and similar to a mirror. ($$$)

We offer international shipping. We apologize that it's a bit pricey, but that's what we pay to ship it to you. We cannot be responsible for any package damage caused by Customs or shipping delays due to postal strikes. We also cannot be responsible for any any inspection taxes or fines international customs may impose on the buyer. Customs charges are 100% out of the control of the seller. The tax is levied by your country and your country alone. Not every package is taxed but it is your responsibility to pay the tax if your county tells you to. We have no control over this.
